Client: Autowelt We brought car servicing to life, the vision of Autowelt is to establish the brand as a Premium German Car Service Specialist.
We created a brand identity that resonated with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity. To amplify the brand's positioning ‘Car Service Re-engineered’ we coined a campaign ‘You Can Judge’ through five senses. The campaign focused on how we can judge by the noise, sight and smell whether a car part is genuine or fake and how to distinguish between them. The station used Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, posting engaging content, running paid ads, and sharing customer feedback to gain credibility. Hashtags and geotagging helped reach a wider audience. The strategy increased footfall, loyalty, and ultimately boosted business.
